Rating Criteria

The lists below show the rating criteria that have been applied to each Standard Performance Measure (SPM) in order to measure whether a country government or a development partner was able to achieve the respective target i.e. for IHP+Results to be able to apply a rating in form of a symbol (as shown in the tables).

The tables show the indicator number, the overall target, and the respective criteria that determine which rating has been given in the scorecards.
